The location was perfect high in the mountain. the staff here was really helpful and competent. - Visited Pezz, one of the tourist spots, located within a close distance from the hotel.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to train stop, the Areitbahn ski lift, and Austria. The jewel in the crown was pleasant staff. Great and lovely location, the breakfast was wonderful with especially freshly made fried eggs and hot dishes, as example...

Friendly and top-notch staff here, the food is absolutely amazing. the double room is comfy and comes with a sofa and AC - just what you need 😉.

Excellent value for money. Great location to start the ski season! We had a little bit of noise on the first night due to snow making machines, but the hotel staff quickly moved us to a quieter room the next night without any extra charge. The food at the hotel was outstanding and the staff provided exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the fantastic food served at the hotel. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality and variety of dishes was outstanding. The buffet-style setup made it convenient to try different options and everything was cooked to perfection. The chefs really know how to satisfy the taste buds.

This mountain hotel is perfectly situated for easy access to the ski slopes by the gondola. it is not far from the town center, making it easy to participate in local events. the rooms are clean and spacious with fantastic showers, and the breakfast offers a good variety of high, quality food. the on, site spa boasts multiple saunas and a pool, and there is a dry room for ski equipment.

The hotel's restaurant has poor service, preferring to serve buffet, style dinners instead of regular meals. At times during the night, the buffet may not offer everything you are looking to eat, and the chef may deny requests for fresh food.

As avid travelers, we really enjoyed staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. One of the highlights was the hotel's excellent location high in the mountains, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. It was also conveniently situated not far from the town center, making it easy for us to explore the area. The proximity to the gondola and cable car was a huge plus as it provided us with quick and easy access to the ski slopes during our winter getaway.

The Summer Card I received was definitely a highlight of my stay! It allowed me to easily and affordably travel around the whole area. , the spa facilities were excellent – they had a great variety of treatments available that really helped me relax after a long day’s hike.

It was unusually hot during my stay, and this made it really hard to get a good night's rest. the hotel atmosphere just didn't feel like home – it was dominated by tourists from outside Europe, and I didn't feel like I was experiencing the local culture like I had hoped.
